Let me introduce the brand new team NYHS(from left to right):
Tim - Tim is a freshman at OU studying Hotel, Restaurant Tourism. He has been helping out as the long distance track coach at NYHS this Spring.
Brian (known to most as BK) - Brian is a sophomore at OU studying computer science. He has been helping to coach pole vaulting at NYHS this Spring.
Erin (our newest member!) - Erin is a freshman at OU studying journalism. She was just placed on our team April 2nd.
Eileen - Eileen is a junior at OU studying psychology. She coaches girls volleyball at NYHS in the Fall, and she is really cool.
Margaret (me) - I am a sophomore at OU studying Magazine Journalism and Publication Design.
This year Athens Co. Young Life as a whole has been so blessed. We have Young Life in 6 area high schools, and Wyldlife in 1 middle school. We started the year with 25 leaders, and we now have 41 college students ministering to these schools. It has been so much fun to watch God transform our leadership this year.
Eileen and I started out the year being the only two leaders at Nelsonville. It was difficult and exhausting, but we are better friends because of it. This year we have been lucky enough to get THREE new co-leaders, and they are all awesome people.
